Protect your account OTP, UPI & withdrawals

This safety route is written for Indian mobile users. Follow each checkpoint to reduce OTP errors, payment confusion and bank-detail problems.

Zone 1: OTP safety and login checks

Repeated OTP attempts can cause a waiting period. Stop when the timer appears, wait for it to finish and enter only the newest SMS code.

Use the newest OTPAn older code can become invalid after a new request.

Never share the codeOfficial support should not ask for your OTP or password.

Check phone signalAirplane mode for 10–15 seconds can refresh the network before one careful retry.

Use a UPI or bank account that belongs to you. After payment, keep the order ID, amount, time and screenshot until the balance is confirmed.

Match the amountSend the exact value shown in the active payment order.

Do not reuse an old orderCreate a fresh payment request when the previous one has expired.

Allow processing timeIf money is debited but balance is delayed, avoid paying again immediately.

Incorrect bank information is a common reason for delay or rejection. Review every field before submitting a withdrawal request.

Account holder nameUse the name registered with the bank.

Account number and IFSCCheck every digit and avoid extra spaces.

Own account onlyThird-party details can create verification problems.

✅ Wait for the OTP retry timer before requesting again.

✅ Refresh the app and check the transaction history.

✅ Keep the payment order number and screenshot.

✅ Add a new bank entry instead of repeatedly editing a failed one.

✅ Contact official support when the normal processing time has passed.

UID: the user ID shown in your account.

Mobile number: the registered number with sensitive digits masked when posting publicly.

Transaction details: amount, order ID, date and time.

Evidence: clear screenshots or a short screen recording showing the error.

Never provide: password, OTP or withdrawal PIN.
